Do you need to amend your reservation? Not to worry, just use the form below to change arrival/departure dates, add/delete a guest to your rooming list, or cancel outright the reservation. If you would prefer not to use the form below, please feel free to fax (904.373.0282) us with your amendments.

Please keep in mind that there will be hotel policies regarding changes and/or cancellations. Before we make any of the changes, we will promptly be in contact with you to review any hotel policies and to confirm the changes. If these changes are of a time sensitive nature, we strongly encourage you to phone us first (followed immediately by your written confirmation of changes) as we will not be liable for any missed deadlines and the resulting penalties, if applicable.

Delete A Guest From Rooming List: please tell us the guest's name who needs to cancel outright his reservation.

Cancel Your Entire Group Reservation: please tell us to cancel your entire group reservation and the reason for the cancellation.
