The Group cannot cancel after 16 April 2010. On the basis that the group is staying at the hotel, individual guest may cancel 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

At check-in, each guest will have opportunity to change his check-out date, if necessary, without penlaty. After this, there is a $50 fee.
