Swimmer Hotel Room: Gator Swim Club, Gainesville

Please use this form to register each swimmer in your family. You can also indicate with whom your child would like to share a room. Coach wants all swimmers to check-in to the Team Hotel (Sleep Inn) on Friday December 4th.

The total cost per swimmer is $TBA and this includes meet registration fee, pro rata room cost, and pro rata ground transportation cost. Please mail or drop-off your check payment so that it is in the hands of Kate Skaggs by NOVEMBER 12th.
