  Team Hotel & Travel Information

We have secured room blocks for out-of-town meets at hotels listed below and will use the complimentary services of Avanti Housing to make all our team reservations. As part of these arrangements, our coach may be offered free room nights based on the number of rooms booked.

Swimmers will be sharing rooms at Team Hotel. Please click "Book Swimmer Room" below to reserve hotel space for each swimmer in your family. You will be able to indicate who you would like your child to share a room with and coaches will use this info when compiling the Team Rooming List. For certain swim meets, your swimmer may need to book a flight. Please click on "Book Swimmer Air" below to secure a seat in the Bolles block.

In addition to rooms assigned to the swimmers, we have rooms that can be booked by parents traveling to the swim meet. Click on "Book Parent Room" below to make your hotel reservation. For certain swim meets, you might also need to book a flight. Please click on "Book Parent Air" below to request a seat in the Bolles block. Then the Bolles coaches will advise Avanti if there is space available for you.
