All teams are required to make their reservations through Avanti Housing, our designated Travel Planner (this is an entirely complimentary service). You will be assigned a Hotel Booking ID which must be given to the Tournament Director. Please let Avanti know if your preferred hotel chain is not on the list.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Teams may make their reservation as soon as they have registered for the tournament. All bookings must adhere to the hotel's booking deadlines and cancellation policy.
