All teams are required to make their reservations through Avanti Housing, our designated Travel Planner for this tournament (this is an entirely complimentary service). You will be assigned a Hotel Booking ID which must be given to the Tournament Director.
Please let Avanti know if your preferred hotel chain is not on the list.

Room blocks have been negotiated with local hotels for our tournament. Tournament Hotels are listed in the box to the left. Click on "Info" next to the hotel name to see hotel amenities, room rates, photos, cancel policies, and driving directions.
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Teams may make their reservation as soon as they have registered for the tournament. All bookings must adhere to the hotel's booking deadlines and cancellation policy.
